Our Programs

We provide virtual and in-person programs that offer career, professional, mental health, and entrepreneurial programs that are specific to each youth's and parent's individual needs. They include:

• Trade skills (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical)
• Career Development - Job interviews, job search, resume, and cover letter writing
• Small Business Development -  Workshops, seminars on writing a business plan, communication skills, market research, marketing, building partnerships, business structure, web design, and hosting. 
• Mental Health Services - Comprehensive behavioral health therapy, mindfulness, and conflict resolution.
• Wellness & Nutrition training - Healthy eating habits,  physical activity training, meal plans, and wellness bowls 

Many inner-city youth and parents yearn to explore new things, places, and ideas, but lack the resources and opportunity. The activities that we engaged in during the summer season opens their eyes to new and exciting experiences. This includes canoeing, tennis, music, art, nature, gardening, travel and other many other adventures for their enjoyment.
